This 9-day luxury Kenya and Tanzania safari offers an unforgettable journey through some of East Africa’s most iconic wildlife destinations while staying in premium lodges and tented camps. Starting in Arusha, Tanzania, guests relax at a coffee plantation retreat before heading to Tarangire National Park, known for its ancient baobab trees and large elephant herds. The adventure continues to Lake Manyara National Park and Ngorongoro Crater, where rare wildlife encounters such as rhinos, tree-climbing lions, and flamingos await.

Tour Plan
Upon your arrival in Arusha, you will be warmly welcomed and transferred to Arusha Coffee Lodge, a tranquil retreat nestled in one of Tanzania’s largest coffee plantations. You can unwind after your journey and enjoy the serene surroundings. The day is at your leisure to relax and prepare for the exciting safari ahead. Meal Plan: Breakfast.
After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park, known for its ancient baobab trees and large herds of elephants. The park is also a haven for birdwatchers, with over 500 species recorded. Upon arrival, check in at the luxurious Tarangire Treetops, where your unique treetop accommodation offers panoramic views of the landscape. After lunch, head out for an afternoon game drive to explore the park’s diverse wildlife, including lions, leopards, and giraffes. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight. Meal Plan: Full Board.
This morning, enjoy a leisurely breakfast before departing for Lake Manyara National Park, famous for its tree-climbing lions and pink-hued flamingos. As you drive through the park, keep an eye out for elephants, zebras, and a variety of bird species. After a morning game drive, you will proceed to Acacia Farm Lodge, located in the picturesque Karatu area. This charming lodge offers a perfect blend of comfort and luxury, set on a working farm. Spend the afternoon at leisure or enjoy a guided walk around the farm before dinner. Meal Plan: Full Board.
After an early breakfast, drive to the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive. Descend into the crater, often referred to as the "Eighth Wonder of the World," to witness its abundant wildlife. The crater is home to a variety of species, including rhinos, lions, and flamingos around its alkaline lakes. After a picnic lunch in the crater, continue your journey to Central Serengeti with game viewing en route. Arrive at Lemala Ewanjan Tented Camp, your home for the night, nestled in the heart of the Serengeti. Meal Plan: Full Board.
Today, after breakfast, you will set off on a game drive through the Serengeti National Park, making your way north. Along the way, spot the park’s diverse wildlife, including herds of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles, as well as the predators that follow them. Your destination is Lemala Kuria Hills, a luxurious camp in the Northern Serengeti. This region is known for the dramatic river crossings of the Great Migration. After checking in, enjoy an afternoon game drive, and later, return to camp for a gourmet dinner. Meal Plan: Full Board.
Spend the entire day exploring the Northern Serengeti. The highlight of this area is the Great Migration, where hundreds of thousands of wildebeest and zebras cross the Mara River, often pursued by crocodiles and other predators. Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives, following the migration herds and observing the rich wildlife that thrives in the area. Return to Lemala Kuria Hills in the evening for a relaxing night under the stars. Meal Plan: Full Board.
After breakfast, you will fly from Northern Serengeti to the Masai Mara National Reserve in Kenya, via Tarime. Upon arrival, embark on a thrilling game drive as you make your way to Elewana Sand River Camp, an elegant tented camp located on the banks of the Sand River. The camp offers stunning views of the surrounding plains, where you may see elephants, lions, and antelope grazing. Spend the afternoon on another game drive, searching for the Big Five and other wildlife before returning to camp for dinner. Meal Plan: Full Board.
Today, you have a full day to enjoy the magnificent Masai Mara. Begin with an early morning game drive, when the animals are most active. The Mara is renowned for its wildlife diversity, including large prides of lions, cheetahs, and leopards. You can also opt for a breathtaking hot air balloon safari (at an additional cost) to experience the park from above at sunrise. After a day filled with wildlife adventures, return to Elewana Sand River Camp for dinner and a relaxing evening by the campfire. Meal Plan: Full Board.
After a final morning game drive and breakfast, you will check out and drive to Nairobi. Upon arrival, you’ll enjoy a delicious farewell lunch at the famous Carnivore Restaurant, known for its variety of roasted meats. Afterward, you’ll have time for some last-minute shopping or sightseeing before being transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) for your flight out. Meal Plan: Lunch.
